Born and raised in Dallas, our family has been dedicated to helping neighbors buy, sell, and manage homes for years. We launched List & Save Team after hearing the same story repeatedly: “We want MLS exposure, but we’re not interested in paying the big listing commission.” What began as assisting a few friends to list their homes affordably has evolved into a local service that provides sellers with professional tools, honest guidance, and real estate savings—without sacrificing the human touch.
